UK deliveries are shipped via DHL with a tracked and signed for service. Deliveries may take up to two weeks. We will contact you once your artwork has been dispatched. EU deliveries may take up to three weeks. We will contact you once your artwork has been dispatched. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to EU buyers. For International deliveries you will not be charged upon checkout but will be contacted post purchase with a shipping quote for your specified delivery address. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers. Import taxes and duties are an additional cost and Anois Art does not accept liability for importation and duty compliance. Please note it is the responsibility of the buyer to select the correct shipping option, and we may charge you the balance if incorrect shipping option is selected. We offer a collection option from our base in Hastings, East Sussex for a fee of 2 GBP. All Anois Art artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

If there are any issues with your artwork when delivered, Anois Art offers a 14-day return policy. The artwork should be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Anois Art is not responsible for the cost of the return shipment. We advise that you use a tracked and signed service for your return. Please contact us if you have any questions, we are here to help.
